Everything is spotlessly clean and great. Huge and beautifully maintained units available with a fridge on the landing as well as comfortable sofa. Stunning location so close to the 'pop up' beer garden in the car park, bars in Cromer and the sea front and town and breakfast and very very helpful and attentive staff. Plus, walking distance to a long pebble-&-sand beach.

The location of this hotel just next door to the beach and pier was incredible. Sometimes it was hot outside, so we went to Kanton Chinese Takeaway, had some food there.

The place was clean and we loved standard double room. There were lovely beds and tea and coffee, and a safe box inside the room. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and excellent and complete with sausage and poached eggs, for example. This hotel had a very central position close to everything Cromer had to offer.

Stunning location very close to a zoo for panda bears as well as the centre of town at the end of the North Norfolk Coastal Path in a lovely area. Again, not far from Cromer Pier.

Loved our stay, would stay here again. It was perfectly clean and the staff were very helpful, beds were very clean. The location was perfect and beautiful, right next to old town. Also, the area was extra comfy. It took only 5 minutes to walk to Cliff Avenue bus stop.

Truly special views, stunning beach, clean pool. I got free upgrade and liked it. Everything was absolutely fine as expected, though the bathroom was old. The location was gorgeous, relatively near cromer pier. Wonderful restaurant served vegetarian specialities. I had a magnificent time, excellent value for money.

It was a brilliant experience in an absolutely brilliant hotel. Fab location and spotless place, I enjoyed fine staff. The breakfast was hearty, with plenty of different options. The bedroom was pretty nice. The carbonated drinks in outdoor bar were very welcome.
Facilities were good, nonetheless Wi-Fi connection was weak.
